Braava works great on all hard-surface floors, and at just 3.1" tall, is specifically designed to fit under most furniture, beds and kickboards. Easy, effortless and whisper quiet - Braava will clean your floors for you without disrupting your daily activities or sleep.

Cleans all hard floor types

The Braava 380t robot mop is designed to mop and sweep all hard floor surfaces, including hardwood, tile, and stone.

Always follow manufacturer or installer instructions when cleaning your floors.

Simple to use

Simply attach a cloth, press the button for your desired mode and Braava gets to work. Then, when Braava is done cleaning, it returns to where it started and powers down - so you always know where to find it.

Your cloth, your choice

The Braava 380t robot mop is compatible with our reusable microfiber cloths or disposable cleaning cloths such as Swiffer pads. There is 1 Reusable Microfiber Dry Sweeping Cloth & 1 Reusable Microfiber Damp Sweeping Cloth included with your purchase.

Tackles everyday dirt and grime

In Mop mode, triple-pass mopping action and damp cleaning cloths clean everyday dirt and grime, using water or an approved mild cleaning solution.

In Sweep mode, Braava sweeps in straight lines back and forth to efficiently pick up dust, dirt, and hair.

Navigates multiple rooms and large spaces

iAdapt 2.0 with Navigation Cube helps Braava keep track of where it’s been and where it needs to go.

Convenient charging

The included Turbo Charge Cradle charges Braava 380t in as fast as two hours, providing convenient storage space and ensuring Braava 380t ready to clean at all times. Simply place Braava 380t on the cradle to charge.

Two Cleaning Modes

  1. In dry sweep mode, Braava moves in straight lines back and forth to pick up dust, dirt and hair.
  2. In damp mop mode, Braava uses a special back-and-forth action to pull deeper dirt and grime off your floors.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Keep in mind that to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable):

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Returns Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
  1. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
