Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 90 days. You can return any eligible item within 90 days of receiving your shipment for a full refund. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. If the return is a result of our error, we will also refund the shipping costs of the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and comes with its original packaging and accessories. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item is defective or damaged, an exchange may be possible. However, items returned after 90 days, in unsellable condition, or missing parts, may incur a restocking fee at our discretion.

SPECIAL CASES:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Due to safety reasons, returns of gas-powered products cannot be accepted. For return information, kindly reach out to the manufacturer directly.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable):

  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Kindly fill out this form with your information.
  2. We will verify the information provided and then proceed to issue a return label for you.
  3. Securely pack the items and the packing slip (receipt) in a box, using either the original box or another one if desired.
  4. Stick the shipping label on the outside of the box.
  5. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Keep in mind that return labels obtained from our store are only valid for returns within the country. Also, if you use a label provided by us and the return is not due to our error, the shipping cost for that item will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):

  1. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, kindly fill out this form with your information.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a ticket here.
